Bryce N. Beavers, 59, of Liberty Center passed away September 14, 2019. Bryce was born to the late Burl and Dorothy (Corwin) Beavers on March 29, 1960 in Napoleon, Ohio. He married the love of his life, Michele Krueger on June 19, 1999 in Liberty Center, Ohio during the Northwest Ohio Firemen’s Convention.
Bryce is survived by his wife, Michele; sons: Marc (Dandan) Anderson, Tyler (Josh) Manculich; sisters: Patty (Alan) Johnson, Charlotte Olejownik; and brother Norman Beavers. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Bryce lived and breathed being a member of the Liberty Center/Washington Township Fire Department where he served as president for multiple years. He worked as an auto body man, loved to restore cars, and was known as a “jack-of-all-trades.” Bryce participated in garden tractor pulls and demolition derbies. He bowled along with Michele in a bowling league for many years. Bryce was an avid University of Michigan fan. Besides the fire department, who was his other family, Bryce’s most important part of his life was his family and the time he spent with them and he will be greatly missed. The family requests that you dress casual for the visitation and Celebration of Life service and encourage everyone to wear their favorite sports jersey.
Visitation for Bryce will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 from 3:00 – 7:00 PM with a Fireman’s Last Alarm service at 7:00 PM in the Wright-Hanneman Funeral Home, 302 E. Maple Street, Liberty Center, Ohio. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the funeral home.
