Jona Lee Doyer

Jona Lee Doyer, 57, of McComb passed away Sunday, January 26, 2020 at the Blanchard Valley Hospital.

Jona was born in Findlay, Ohio to the late Lowell and Leora (Sterling) Tate. She is survived by her children: Dustie Tate of Ottawa, Alicia (Chad) Rader of McComb and Jeremy Doyer of Bangor, Maine; her fiancé Kevin Sparks of McComb, grandchildren: Aja, Tia, Tye, LJ, Olivia, Lilly and Shelly; great-grandchildren: AJ and Legend; siblings: Larry Tate,  Diana Tate, Debra Tate and Ricky Tate of McComb and Tony Tate of Findlay. She was preceded in death by her brother Garry and sister Rita.

Jona was very family oriented and loved the time she spent with them.  She enjoyed riding four wheelers, playing a good game of cards, camping and walking the trails. She also enjoyed gardening and working in her yard.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, January 31, 2020 from 4:00-8:00 PM in HANNEMAN FUNERAL HOME, 370 Park Dr S., McComb, Ohio 45858.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be gifted in Jona’s honor to Open Arms, Domestic Violence and Rape Crisis Services, or to the American Cancer Society.
