Robert Morris

Robert Lee Morris, 83, of Arlington, Ohio passed away Friday, November 1, 2019 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center, Bowling Green, OH.

 Robert was born on August 11, 1936 in Barnstable, MA to the late Robert Henry and Viola (Linnell) Morris. He married the love of his life Anastasia Zemek on May 14, 1960 and she preceded him in death on September 13, 2014. Robert is survived by his daughter Bonnie (Dale) Rinehart of Jeffersonville, Ohio, sons: Robert Henry (Cheryl) Morris II of Chillicothe, Ohio, Graham and Charles Morris of Findlay, Ohio; grandchildren: Cory Morris, Andrew Morris, Joshua (Karrie) Rinehart, Charlotte (Cameron) Hines, Sarah (Tyler Rosas) Morris, Heather (Jared) Butler, Carrie Morris, Brandon Morris, Rosie Morris and Gracie Ruhe; great-grandchildren Bryce Cramer, Saphira Butler and Annalee Rinehart and sisters: Rebecca Whiting, Joye Daley and Linnell Nickerson. He was preceded in death by three sons: John (Hollis) in November of 1963, Christian on January 26, 2019 and Benjamin on March 27, 2019, a sister Latisha Watson and two brothers Hollis and Collen Morris.

 Robert proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and was an avid reader of Fantasy and Science Fiction books and enjoyed listening to classical music. He enjoyed traveling back to the east coast to visit family. Robert also enjoyed having coffee at McDonalds early mornings with his buddies.

 A Celebration of Life Service will be on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at 1:00 PM in the Findlay First Church of the Nazarene, 2501 Broad Ave., Findlay, Ohio 45840. At the conclusion of the Celebration of Life Service, Military Honors will be rendered by the Hancock County Memorial Squad.
