Rosemary Saunders

Rosemary Saunders, age 84, of Oak Hill, Florida died Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at Halifax Health Hospice, Edgewater.  Born in Van Lear, Kentucky to Paul and Sadie Jane Miller Saunders, Rosemary would visit Florida from time to time, and  came to the area in 1973 from Ohio.
 
A homemaker, Rosemary was a member of the Nazarene Church in Willard, Ohio and was a cat lover. She especially loved her cat, Lilly Bell. Rosemary enjoyed word puzzles and spending time with her grandchildren, which she adored. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Rosemary will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
 
Survivors include her daughters, Cindy Tomlinson, of Oak Hill and Peggy Hine, of Mount Pleasant, Michigan; sons, Mike Reed, of Edgewater and Jeff (Karen) Reed, of Summerfield; 6 grandchildren, Sheri, Duane, Rachel, Ryan, Colton and Stephanie. Also survived by many great grandchildren and sister, Nellie Holmes, of Delaware. Rosemary was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Charles and sister, Dolores Vanderpool.
 
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Hanneman Funeral Home, 323 South Myrtle Avenue, Willard, Ohio 44890. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 in the Maple Grove Cemetery, New Haven Township, Ohio, with Chad Sanders, officiating.
