Annabelle Lea (Moore) Adrian passed away on May 7, 2025, in Bremerton Washington, where she had lived for the past 3 1/2 years.
Annabelle was born on July 10, 1943, in Findlay, Ohio, to Scott and Doris Moore, both of whom have preceded her in death. She graduated from Findlay High School in 1961.
She is survived by her four children: Brian (Kelley) Ketner, Sherri (Sid) Dennis, Christopher Ketner, and Tracey Ketner. She is also survived by eight grandchildren: Trevor, Riley, Leanna, Sarah, Maggie, Lacey, Chesney, and Jillian; and six great-grandchildren: Oliver, Emmitt, Jayce, Andres, Sylas, and Emery; as well as two sisters: Cheryl (John) Chalmers, and Doris (Ron) Houck.
Annabelle lived most of her adult life in Arvada, Colorado, and Albuquerque, New Mexico. In 2009, she left Albuquerque to move back to Findlay, Ohio, where she helped her mother until 2016, when her mother passed away.
One of Annabelle's favorite jobs was working for a hotel in Albuquerque where many veterans stayed while in Albuquerque, coming there for treatment at the Veteran's Administration Hospital. She thoroughly enjoyed getting to know many of the veterans as they came and went, many of them returning periodically.
In addition to spending time with her grandchildren, she especially enjoyed writing poetry and children's stories in her spare time.
A visitation and memorial service will be held for Annabelle on June 28, 2025, at Hanneman Funeral Home, 201 Osborn Avenue, Findlay, Ohio, with visitation beginning at 1:00PM and a memorial service beginning at 2:30 PM, followed by burial at Benton Ridge Cemetery, Benton Ridge, Ohio.
