**Obituary for Betty Morrison**

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Betty Morrison, aged 74, who departed this life on July 31, 2026. Born on July 18, 1952, in Napoleon, Ohio, Betty lived a life marked by resilience and love, ultimately settling in Colton, Ohio, where she became a cherished member of her community. Betty dedicated many years of her life to her work as a debt collector, where her integrity and commitment shone brightly in her professional endeavors.

Betty was devoted to her family and friends, and she is survived by her beloved son, Nolan (Ashley) Morrison, as well as her dear sisters, Mary Medley and Pat Steele. Her spirit touched the lives of many, and her kindness and strength have left an indelible mark on all who were fortunate enough to know her. Betty was preceded in death by her father, Howard Osenbaugh, her mother, Margaret Osenbaugh, husband, Ronald Morrison and sister, Barbara Verrier.

Betty Morrison will be profoundly missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved her. May she rest in peace.
 

Funeral services to honor and celebrate Betty's life will be held on August 7, 2026, at the Hanneman Funeral Home, Grand Rapids, Ohio. Friends and family will gather from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with a memorial service commencing at 12:00 PM. We invite all who knew and loved Betty to join us in remembering her remarkable life and the legacy she leaves behind. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Betty’s memory to a charity of choice that reflects her spirit of generosity and compassion.
