Clarence E. Gordon Jr., 72, of Bloomdale, Ohio passed away November 21, 2022. Clarence was born in Toledo, Ohio on May 24, 1950 to the late Clarence E. and Margaret (Shortridge) Gordon Sr. He married Patricia Uhrman on July 7, 1979 in Luckey, Ohio and she survives.

Clarence worked as a maintenance supervisor for Winthrop Terrace. He loved to work with tools, restore objects, and could fix anything. He was the gentlest man who would give his shirt off his back to help others. Clarence loved all animals.

Clarence is survived by his wife Patricia; daughters Sheree Gordon, Amy Gordon, Gina Burkhead; son Sam Gordon; grandchildren Amanda Bumpus, Laken Prokopec, Tiffany Lindster, Mitchell Burkhead; 8 great grandchildren; brothers Sam Gordon and Mike Mather. Clarence was preceded in death by his parents and 2 sisters.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.

Memorial Contributions in Clarence’s honor may be gifted to the Wood County Humane Society.
