**Obituary for Dale Brian Johnson**

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dale Brian Johnson "Junior", who left us on January 17, 2026, at the age of 62. Born on November 29, 1963, in Toledo, OH, Dale lived a full life and was a devoted husband, loving father, awesome papa and cherished friend.

Dale is survived by his beloved wife, Karrilynn Johnson, and his father, Dale "Senior" Johnson. He was a proud dad to his boys: Bryan (Angiee), Joshua, Justin (Betty), Nathan (Frances), and Dallas. He stepped up as a father to Abe, Zach, Tara, and Tiffany, showing the kind of love that knows no bounds. He was an exceptional grandfather to: Kamryn, Aniah, Bella, Kayla Sue, Braylei, Ellie, Aaliyah and Jaxson, who will carry his spirit with them always. Dale is also survived by his siblings, Brenda and Stephen, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of friends who will miss him dearly. He was preceded in death by his mother, Susan Johnson.

Dale graduated from Swanton High School and worked in the distribution industry. He truly exemplified what it means to serve his community. He never hesitated to lend a helping hand, often found volunteering at Heritage Church of God in Monclova and Sonlight Church in Weston. His passion for his community was matched only by his love for family. Dale was an avid Ohio State Buckeye football fan and cherished his time spent golfing and going on fishing trips to Canada with his dad.

Friends and family will gather to celebrate Dale's life on January 23, 2026. A public viewing will take place at Deck-Hanneman Funeral Home & Crematory from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A Celebration of Life ceremony will follow at 12:00 PM at the same venue. Dale's final rest will be honored with a graveside service at Highland Memory Gardens.
