Dale Alfred Wenner Jr. of Grand Rapids, Ohio, born September 9, 1956, died peacefully in his sleep on December 23, 2025. Dale was the eldest son of Dale Alfred Wenner Sr. and Betty Jean (Bowen) Wenner. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Pamela Sue (Wenner) Barkosky. Dale is survived by his younger brother, David Eugene Wenner (Robyn), four nieces, four nephews, and several great-nieces and great-nephews. Dale was an active member and served as a volunteer to youth ministries for many years at Grace Lutheran Church in Weston, OH. Dale moved near his brother in 2022 due to health problems. He became an active member of Lamb of God Lutheran Church when he moved to Columbus, OH. Dale worked as a Logistics Coordinator at Campbell’s Soup Co. in Napoleon, OH, retiring after 46 years. Dale worked on his farm and his family farm during those years as well. He was known as an intelligent, generally quiet, and gentle man. He loved animals, and they loved him. He had a very dry sense of humor. We will all miss that ornery, quirky smile.
Us: “Love Ya, Dale!” Dale: “Okey Dokey"
