Dawn (Baldwin) Triggs

Dawn Triggs, 54, of Grand Rapids, OH passed away on November 7, 2024 at the Toledo Hospital. She was born to James and Carole (Lybarger) Baldwin on March 12, 1970 in Toledo, OH. Dawn was a 1988 graduate of Anthony Wayne High School and later attended the University of Toledo, receiving an Associate degree in accounting. She later married Richard Triggs on February 20, 1993.

Dawn worked at Sauders/Progressive Furniture for over 20 years. She was also a 27-year veteran of the Providence Township Fire Department. She had a love for horses, motorcycles, racing, and was also an active member of Neapolis Church of Christ.

Surviving to cherish her memory, loving husband; Richard, children; Gene (Emily) Palmer, Cory (Tasha Ross) Triggs, Natasha Triggs and Jacob (Tasha) Triggs, grandchildren; Scotty, Mason, Logan, Kyler, Emery, Jameson, Silas, Memphis, and Gaara, parents; James and Carole Baldwin, siblings; Cindy Bruns, Danny (Toni) Baldwin, and Tom (Sue) Baldwin, as well as many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Neapolis Church of Christ, or Providence/Neapolis Fire and Rescue Incorporation. Visitation will be held on Tuesday November 12, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hanneman Funeral Home, 24084 W. 2nd Street Grand Rapids, OH 43522. The Fireman's Walk Through and Ringing of the Bell Ceremony will be on Tuesday at 7:00 PM. Funeral Services are Wednesday November 13, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Neapolis Church of Christ, 8221 Main Street, Neapolis, OH 43547.
