Deborah Arnold

Deborah Arnold, 66, of Bowling Green passed away Friday, June 2, 2023.

Deborah was born July 25, 1956 in Port Arthur, Texas to the late Finis Arnold and Margaret (Blackwell) Peters. Deborah is survived by her son Jonathan (Rachel) Arnold of Fremont; her soon to be granddaughter Penelope, whom she was immensely excited for; siblings Randy Arnold, Roger Peters, Robert Peters, Michael Peters and Michelle Arnold; and her feline companions, Hazel and Mabel (The Marble).

Deborah proudly served her country in the United States Army with the 45th Medical Battalion, Third Armored Division, Hanau West Germany. She was an entrepreneur, having her own cleaning business for several years, "The Cleaning Lady". She loved bargain shopping, spending time outdoors taking photos of nature, and collecting windchimes. Deborah had a love for cats and enjoyed visiting them at the Humane Society. Her prime hobby was people; she loved learning about them and all their life stories. She had a heart of gold, never met a stranger, and was always willing to help someone in their time of need.

Visitation for Deborah will be Monday, June 12, 2023 from 10:00 until the time of her Celebration of Life Service at 12 noon at the Deck-Hanneman Funeral Home & Crematory, 1460 W. Wooster St., Bowling Green, Ohio 43402. Military honors will be rendered at the conclusion of the Celebration of Life Service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Deborah’s honor to the Wood County Humane Society.
