Doreen Kepling

Doreen E. Kepling (age 77) of Weston, OH passed away peacefully on December 12, 2024 surrounded by her loving family. Doreen was born November 13, 1947, in Seattle, Washington, to Alan and Grace (Kelly) Ford.

She is survived by the love of her life, Cecil Eugene Kepling. Also survived by daughters Dawn Schall, Denise Schall, Danielle Schall, Amy (Jeff) Harman, Amanda (Arrik) Garcia, Siblings Gerald (Janet) Sodano and Kelly (Troy) Semple. She leaves behind a legacy of numerous well-loved Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren who brought joy and light to her life. 

She was preceded by her parents and sisters, Mary Hamilton, Debbie Truscelli and twin Diane Taylor.

Doreen worked at the Weston Carry Out for many years. And her smile was well known within the community. 
She loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed Harley rides with her husband and she was an avid reader. 

Contribution in her honor may be gifted to the Weston Public Library.

A visitation for Doreen will be held on Monday, December 16, 2024 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Hanneman Funeral Home - 24084 W. 2nd Street, Grand Rapids, OH 43522.  A celebration of her life will be immediately follow at American Legion Post 232, 12580 S River Rd, Grand Rapids, OH 43522.
