Emma Cook Obituary

Emma Jean Cook passed away peacefully on Oct. 27, 2019 at 11:20 pm at Lost Creek Care Center.

A memorial service will begin at 2pm on Sat. Nov. 2, 2019 at the Lost Creek Care Center. Burial of her cremains will take place at a later date.
