Georgann Hade

Georgann Hade, born on December 21, 1955, passed away on August 9, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. She was the beloved mother of two sons, Toby Hade (Abby Zeek) and Nick Hade (Danielle Lashaway). Georgann is also survived by her siblings: Larry (Sue) Shiple, Jeff (Jamie) Shiple, Kate (Rick) Donnelly, Mary (Bruce) Krall, Theresa (Paul) Richter and Phyllis Wilkewitz, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Her spirit will be carried on by her 11 grandchildren, who brought her immense joy throughout her life.

Georgann was preceded in death by her loving parents, Lawrence and Rita (Keckstein) Shiple, and her dear sister, Patricia "Patti" Shiple. She was a proud graduate of Perrysburg High School and also attended PENTA. Georgann dedicated much of her professional life to the Wood County Hospital and later Bowling Green State University in Environmental Services.

Georgann enjoyed camping, baking, crafting, and gardening. However, her greatest delight came from spending time with her family, particularly her grandchildren.

A celebration of Georgann’s life will be held on August 14, 2026, at Deck-Hanneman Funeral Home & Crematory, located at 1460 W. Wooster Street, Bowling Green, OH 43402. Public viewing will take place from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by the celebration of life ceremony at 6:00 PM. Following her wishes, Georgann will be cremated.
