We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Glenna Joan Caudill on October 1, 2024.She passed away peacefully at her home in Colton, Ohio where she resided for 60 years. She was lovingly known as "Joannie" or "Granny" to friends and family.
Joannie was born August 27, 1935 in Hitchins, Kentucky. She grew up in Kentucky and West Virginia. She graduated from Hitchins High School.
After graduation she went to visit family in Ohio. While there she met Harry Lee Caudill. It was love at first sight. After she returned home, Harry came to visit and meet her family. Her parents knew they truly loved each other. They happily gave their approval when he proposed. They were married October 15, 1955. They were married until his passing in 1987.
She was honored to have Donald E. Wyant come into her life. They were married on May 18, 1994. They were happily married until his passing in 2023. Joannie always said a woman was lucky to have one man to love her and her to love. But she was blessed to have two men to share their love with her.
She retired from Campbell's Soup Company after 30 years of service. Through the years, Joannie spent her free time fishing, boating, riding motorcycles, camping, and sightseeing.
