Hazel Cunningham

Hazel Cunningham, 51, of Findlay, Ohio passed away Friday, August 9, 2019 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center surrounded by her loving family.

Hazel was born on May 21, 1968 in Lima, Ohio to the late Franklin Campbell and Dorothy Dearth. She married Rolley Cunningham on September 25, 2002 and he survives in Findlay. Also surviving are her two daughters Brittany (Del) Lear, Alicia Powell, step-daughter April Velasquez, grandchildren: Bently and Autumn, Maria, Adrianna, Geovani and Alexandra, sister Beth and brothers Steve, Andy and Todd. She was preceded in death by her brother Marvin and sister Virginia. 

Hazel enjoyed shopping, doing crafts, scrapbooking and going to garage sales. She was an excellent cook. Most importantly, loved her family and cherished the time she spent with them.

Visitation for Hazel will be on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 from 9 AM until the time of her Celebration of Life Service at 11:00AM in the HANNEMAN FUNERAL HOME, 201 Osborn Ave., Findlay, Ohio 45840. Interment will follow in the New Maplewood Cemetery, North Baltimore.
