Jeanetta Osborne

Jeanetta Osborne, 78, of Willard passed away Friday, February 12, 2021.

Jeanetta was born on December 4, 1942 in Kite, Kentucky to the late Woodrow and Audrey (Tuttle) Slone. She married Jimmie Osborne on September 17, 1962 and he preceded her in death on March 19, 2004. Jeanette is survived by her son Forrest (Michelle) Osborne of Attica, grandchildren: Forrest J. Osborne, Kyle Osborne, Mikayela Osborne, Brooke Osborne and Ryan Kipp; 6 great-grandchildren: Brooklyne, Kason, Audrina, Rayden, Tanner, Kameron; siblings: Otis (Connie) Slone, Kenneth (Mary) Slone, Cletus (Linda) Slone, Herman Slone, Sheila (Mark) Childress and Hazel (Mike) Barnett. She was preceded in death by her grandson Cody Osborne and siblings: Teddy Slone, Elsie Gayheart, Tress Slone and Gordon Slone.

Jeanetta worked as an environmental service associate at the Willows of Willard and was a member of the VFW Auxiliary, American Legion Auxiliary, Moose all of Willard, where she was a bartender. Jeanetta loved being around and interacting with people. She enjoyed playing a good game of dartball, listening to country and bluegrass music and was an avid Kentucky Wildcat fan. The most important part of Jeanetta’s life was her family. She enjoyed going to her grandchildren’s sporting events and cherished the time she spent with her family.

Services for Jeanetta will be private for the family.
