Jerry Lee Yates

Jerry Lee Yates, 56, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on June 23, 2024. He was born on January 6, 1968, in Bowling Green, Ohio, to the late Janet Sue (Snyder) Yates and Jerry LeRoy Yates.

Jerry graduated from Bowling Green High School in 1986. He had a love for fishing, gardening, and collecting lighthouses. Jerry enjoyed playing board games, watching western movies, especially "Gunsmoke," and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

Jerry is survived by his sisters, Tammy Thompson and Leona Porteous; his children, Jack Yates, Vincent Yates, Ashley Steenrod, Dalton Yates, and Matthias Yates; and his two granddaughters. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Richard Yates.
