Kathryn Alice Trumbull

Kathryn Alice Trumbull, 71, of Weston, passed away at her residence on Saturday, June 14, 2025. She was born on August 09, 1953, in Toledo, Ohio, to the late Glen Sr. and Bertha Holland, and then raised in Bowling Green, Ohio. She married her husband, John, August 16, 1980, and he survives.

In addition to her husband, Kathie is survived by her three cats: Natalie, Gracey, and Samantha, her daughters: Nichole (Todd), and Wendy; her son, Chad (Ozzie); her grandchildren: Annastasia (Bobby), Autumn, Dominick (Haley), Cheyenne, Colton, Christian, Addision, Gage, Clayton (Jessica), and Breanna; great-grandchildren: John, Jase, Roman, Shayde, and Olivia; siblings: Larry (Holly), and Glen "Butch" (Sherrie) Jr., Deb, Sue, Lori, Mike and Cindy; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Sharon; her in-laws, Howard and Sharon; sisters-in-law: Tracy, Carol, Deb T.; brother-in-law, Ralph; and niece, Brianna.

Kathie worked for Community Nursing Home, Century Marketing and Walmart. She loved all animals, feeding the birds and flowers. She tolerated her children, but adored her grandchildren, and most especially, her great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed spending time with family and friends, playing Euchre, taking walks, shopping at garage sales, and going out to lunch with family and friends to Cracker Barrel and Bob Evan's.

A celebration of Kathie's life will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM, at Deck-Hanneman Funeral Home, 1460 West Wooster Street, Bowling Green, Ohio, 43402. Donations in her memory may be shared with the Wood County Humane Society, 801 Van Camp Road, Bowling Green, Ohio, 43402.
