Kenneth A Phillips

Kenneth A. Phillips, 65, of Willard, Ohio passed away July 9, 2021. Kenneth was born on May 27, 1956 to the late Andrew S. Sr. and Emma Phillips in Havana, Ohio.

Kenneth was a graduate of Willard High School. He was employed at K & P Trucking and the Huron County Landfill before his retirement. Kenneth wrote and read poetry and was a published author. He was also known as a philosopher. Kenneth was an avid Cleveland Indians and Cleveland Browns fan. Kenneth loved to be around people and while a resident at Gaymont, he enjoyed participating in all the activities and leading the Rosary for the residents.

Kenneth is survived by his siblings Sharon (Thom) Berger, Betty (David) Wright, Francine Smith, David Phillips, a host of loving nieces and nephews, and the staff, friends, and his roommate Steve Helton from Gaymont.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings Paul Phillips, Andrew Phillips Jr., Larry & Garry Phillips, Rose Stein, Joan Estridge, and Mary Evelyn Phillips.

Visitation for Kenneth will be held on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 from 11:00 AM until his funeral service at 12:30 PM in the Hanneman Funeral Home 323 Myrtle Ave., Willard, Ohio. Interment will immediately follow in Bismark Cemetery.
