Kenneth "Bill" Fox

Kenneth “Bill” Fox, 72, of rural Fostoria, Ohio passed away on Saturday, November 21, 2020 in the comfort of his own home, with the love of his life Sheila by his side.

Ken was born on December 14, 1947 in Fostoria, Ohio to the late Kenneth and Carrie (Ryman) Fox. He married the love of his life Sheila Ford on May 12, 1972 at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Arcadia and she survives in rural Fostoria. Also surviving are his children: Tabetha (Brian) Boissonneault of Shapleigh, Maine and Flint (Pamela) Fox of Atwater, Minnesota and his grandchildren: Luke, Carrie, Taylor and Megan. He was preceded in death by his sisters: Betty Stiles and Karen Hehrer.

Ken was a 1966 graduate of Arcadia High School and retired after 38 years at Mennel Milling in Fostoria and after 20 years on his family farm. He proudly served his country in the United States Army serving in Vietnam during the Vietnam War and was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Arcadia. Ken received his Associates Degree from the Columbus Technical School.  Ken loved being outside, whether it was camping, fishing or working in his garden, growing his blueberries, blackberries and raspberries. Ken was very artistic; his adult colorings were absolutely beautiful.  One of Ken’s favorite pastimes was playing a good game of Rack-o.

A Memorial Gathering will be held in Ken’s honor will be on Friday, November 27, 2020 from 2:00 - 7:00 PM in the HANNEMAN FUNERAL HOME, 201 Osborn Ave., Findlay, Ohio 45840. Ken’s Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at 1:00 PM also at the funeral home with Pastor Rick Jensen, officiating. At the conclusion of the services, Military Honors will be rendered by the Hancock County Memorial Squad. Ken’s Celebration of Life Service will be livestreamed on the Hanneman Funeral Home Findlay & McComb Facebook page. Those attending the memorial gathering and services are asked to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
