Kim Taylor Dudek

Kim Taylor Dudek, of Lorain, Ohio, passed away on March 7, 2025. Kim was born in Willard, Ohio on October 20, 1960 to the late Robert and June Taylor. She was a graduate of Willard High School and attended Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. In 1986, Kim married Jerry Dudek, who preceded Kim in death in 2010. Kim and Jerry were the parents to three children, Zachary, Alex and Carly. They all survive. Also surviving are her sisters, Chris Taylor of Willard, Ohio and Debra (Mark) Ramey of Westfield, Indiana. Preceding Kim in death is her sister Sharon Taylor, who passed in 1985. 

Kim was a journalist for many years, writing for several newspapers in Ohio. In recent years, Kim worked with women’s shelters.

Kim was laid to rest in Greenwood Cemetery, Willard, with her parents and little sister.
