Dear Otte Family,
I was so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing.  Louis was a good neighbor and friend to our family. He was nice to have around when we were doing maintenance and repairs on our buildings.  He was always willing to give us a hand.  I have lots of great memories of your Mom and Dad and growing up next door to your family.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all!
