Marlene J. Hinebaugh

Marlene J. Hinebaugh, 90, passed away on October 18, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 28, 1935, in Bellevue, Ohio, to the late Edward and Verie Fryar.

Marlene was a woman of strong faith and a devoted member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Willard, Ohio. During her time there, she served as the organist and was a member of the Church Council. She also found great joy in volunteering at the Willard Food Bank and being an active member of the Republican Party.

When she wasn't at church or giving back to the community, Marlene cherished spending time with her family and loved babysitting children.

She is survived by her children: Sherryl Gilsdorf, Kathy Moellenberg, Mark Hinebaugh, and Gary Hinebaugh; seven grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Hinebaugh; her daughter, Vicki Hinebaugh;her son, Bill Hinebaugh; her siblings, Mary Elizabeth "Beth" Fryar and Charles Fryar; and her grandson, Shaun Hinebaugh.

A public visitation will be held on Monday, October 27, 2025, from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. at Hanneman Funeral Home, Attica, located at 295 US-224, Attica, Ohio 44830. A funeral service will begin promptly at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Ed Hunker Officiating. Burial to follow at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Willard.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Willard Food Bank in Marlene's honor.
