Maynard Stephens Obituary

Maynard Stephens, 67, of Willard, passed away on October 25, 2024, at 7:30 pm after a sudden illness. He was born in Willard, the son of Vernon and Lilly (Hughes) Stephens-Rathert. Both parents have preceded him in death. He was married to Barbara S. Oney, who survives in Willard.

Maynard was employed at RR Donnelley as a Laminator Operator. He was a loving and wonderful husband ,father and grandfather to his family. He loved hunting and fishing, but mostly, time spent with his family was a big part of his life.

In addition to Barb, he is survived by his sons; Levi G. (Jessa) Stephens of Willard, and Justin T. (Jenn) Stevens of Caledonia. His grandchildren; Noah, Lyberty, Selah, Ben, and Gracyn. Maynard has a sister; Naomi Stumbaugh who also survives. He was preceded in death by siblings, Marlin Stephens, Vernie Tuttle, and Loretta Oney.

Friends may call at Hanneman Funeral Home, 323 Myrtle Ave., Willard 44890, on Friday, November 1, 2024, from 11am- 1pm, with a service to be held at 1 pm, officiated by Pastor Ronald Legg.
