If you know nothing else about Norma (Haley) Rieman, you should know this: There are three things Norma loved more than anything...her family, her faith, and the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Norma was born on June 2nd, 1951, in Leipsic, Ohio, but she lived in Findlay for most of her adult life. She started her professional career at Marathon in 1970 in the payroll department where she retired in 2007 after 37 years with the company.
Norma married Dan Rieman in 2007, where they were active members of the St. Michael's Catholic Church community and attended mass regularly. They enjoyed traveling, having been to numerous places, including Israel, Hawaii, and Alaska.
Norma is survived by her husband, Dan, her former husband Larry Haley and their children Christine (George) Privateer and Brent Haley, and her grandchildren, Jared Privateer and Paige Privateer. She was proceeded in death by her parents Richard and Kathleen (Steffan) Kaufman.
She is also survived by her sisters Shirley Kaufman (Sister Mary Richarde), Mary Jo (Al) Kreidler, Cindy (Charlie) Binger, Beth Fackler, and Brenda (Keith) Maag, and her brothers Randy (Suela) Kaufman and Roger Kaufman.
The family would like to thank the staff at Bridge Home Hospice and in the memory care unit at StoryPoint for their care and support of Norma.
