Paul Dehoney O'Sullivan

Paul Dehoney O'Sullivan, 83, of Findlay, Ohio, passed away at home on Friday, September 5, 2025. Paul was born August 26, 1942, in Riverside, Illinois, son of Elsie (Deller) and Dehoney O'Sullivan. He graduated from Riverside-Brookfield High School in 1960. He earned a bachelor's degree in business, with a specialization in traffic management, from Butler University. In 1962 he married Sarah "Sally" Moodey. They lived in Riverside, Illinois and Elmhurst, Illinois before moving to Klinger Lake in Sturgis, Michigan in 1974. Paul had a long career in the fields of transportation and sales. He retired as the broker/owner of O'Sullivan Real Estate in 2007. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah "Sally" Elstun Moodey O'Sullivan, and granddaughter, Vivien Marie O'Sullivan.

In 2006, Paul met Nancy Whiting. They married in 2007 and established a home in Findlay, Ohio. In retirement, Paul enjoyed being on the board of the condominium association, volunteering at the Community Center with Nancy, working out at the gym, and volunteering at the Hancock Christian Clearing House.

Surviving are four children: daughters Sara O'Sullivan (Michael) Parker of Indianapolis, Indiana and Julia Deller O'Sullivan of Indianapolis, Indiana; sons Paul Gregory O'Sullivan of Ypsilanti, Michigan and Andrew Moodey (Bremelyn) O'Sullivan of Middlebury, Indiana; two granddaughters, Ashley Lauren Parker and Heather Michele Parker; one brother, Ralph George (Beth) O'Sullivan of Chillicothe, Illinois; two step-sons Chris (Emily) Whiting of Columbus, Ohio, Pat (Sandy) Whiting of Cincinnati, Ohio; two step-grandchildren, Connor Whiting and Morgan Whiting, and many nieces and nephews.

Cremation rites have been accorded. Visitation for Paul will be held on Thursday, September 11, 2025, from 4:00PM-7:00PM at Hanneman Funeral Home, 201 Osborn Avenue, Findlay, Ohio, 45840. An additional hour of visitation will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025, from 10:00AM, until the time of a memorial service at 11:00AM, at Trinity Episcopal Church, 128 W Hardin Street, Findlay, Ohio, 45840. Contributions in Paul's memory may be shared with Bridge Hospice and Christian Clearing House.
