Phyllis Jean (Lament) Wireman

Phyllis Jean Wireman, 84, of Lima, left for her Heavenly reward on September 10, 2024 at 12:45pm. She was born on October 2, 1939, the daughter of Charles and Mary (Oliver) Lament. In 1954, she was married to Carl “Bud” Wireman, and he preceded her in death in 1995.

Phyllis retired from Lima Electric after 23 years of service, building electric motors. She loved NASCAR, and was a huge Dale Earnhardt Sr fan, and was heartbroken after his accident. She enjoyed puzzle books and word search puzzles, played games on the computer, and adored her big family. She was a loving and caring mother who would do anything for anyone. She was a great cook, and everyone loved her home cooked meals and coffee. Phyllis will be dearly missed by all, but her family is certain that she is enjoying her reunion in Heaven with those who passed on before her.

Phyllis is survived by  sons; Gary Wireman, Mike (Gay Williams) Wireman, Jeff (Linda Brenneman) Wireman, Dan Wireman, and Tim (Kim Sprague) Wireman. She has 14 grandchildren, and several great and great-great grandchildren. She has a brother; Richard “Rich” (Linda) Lament who also survives her. She was preceded in death by her twin sons, Bobby and Billy Wireman and brothers Don and Tom Lament.

Friends may call at HANNEMAN-SIFERD FUNERAL HOME, 506 N. Cable Rd., Lima Ohio 45805, on Friday, September 20, 2024 from 11 am- 1 pm, with a service to be conducted at 1 pm.
