Richard “Junior” Beck Jr., 55, of Findlay passed away Monday, April 12, 2021 in the comfort of his own home surrounded by his loving family

Junior was born on March 4,1966 in Findlay, Ohio to Richard and Venelia (Prater) Beck. He married Debra Weiker on September 13, 1997 in the Liberty Baptist Church in Findlay and she survives in Findlay. Richard is also survived by his mother Venelia of Findlay, children: Lindsey (Matt) Hunker if Fostoria, Shey Weiker of Marysville and Aileen Arnold of Findlay; grandchildren: Alixandria, Trey, Anna, Rayne, Wynter, Riley and Reese; great-grandchildren: Amariahna, Lillian and a great-grandson on the way; siblings: Rita Currie of Findlay, Jeffery Beck of Fostoria, and Jason (Michelle) Beck of Findlay,. He was preceded in death by his father Richard Beck Sr and his brother Shane “Shaneo” Beck.

Junior was a 1984 graduate of Liberty Benton High School and worked Oler’s Bar & Grill as a cook. Junior enjoyed being outdoors. He loved fishing and deer hunting. Junior was an avid pool player who also liked working and tinkering out in his garage. The most important part of Junior’s life was his family. He cherished every moment he spent with them.

Visitation for Junior will be on Thursday, April 15, 2021 from 2:00-7:00 PM in the HANNEMAN FUNERAL HOME, 201 Osborn Ave., Findlay, Ohio 45840. Junior’s Celebration of Life Service will be on Friday, April 16, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the funeral home, which will be livestreamed on the Hanneman Funeral Home Findlay & McComb Facebook page. Interment will follow in the Maple Grove Cemetery. Those attending the visitation and Celebration of Life Service are asked to wear masks and practice social distancing.
