Rita Kessler

Rita Kessler, 71, of Liberty Center, Ohio passed away February 10, 2024. Rita was born on August 19, 1952 in Napoleon, Ohio to the late Leroy and Marjorie (Barager) Parsels.

Rita is survived by her sons: Clint (Amber Riley) Kessler and Matt Kessler; grandchildren: Paige, Lilymae, Clinton Jr., Kennedy, Owen, and Aiden; sister Kathy Naugle and brother David Parsels. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Rita worked for over 40 years at the Campbell Soup Company as a 2nd Shift Coordinator.  She loved cats, dogs, and horses and especially enjoyed riding horses with her sister when she was younger. Rita loved to be outdoors taking care of her garden and her lawn. Her family, children, and grandchildren were especially loved.

Visitation for Rita will be held on Friday, February 16, 2024 from 3:00 – 7:00 PM in the Hanneman Funeral Home, 302 E. Maple Street, Liberty Center, Ohio. Additional visitation will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2024 from 10:00 AM until the time of her Funeral Service at 11:00 AM in St. Paul Lutheran Church, 8074 Co Rd T, Liberty Center, Ohio. Interment will immediately follow in Hoy Cemetery.
