Robert V. Freeworth, 64, of Grand Rapids, Ohio passed away September 5, 2020. Robert was born on June 17, 1956 in Bowling Green, Ohio.
Bob is survived by his parents: Janice Wade & Harold V. Freeworth; daughters: Malory (Richard) Beasley, BayLee Freeworth; son Robert Mandon Freeworth; grandchildren: Ivy Beasley, Natalie Freeworth; brother: Harold W. (Kim) Freeworth; sister: Teena (Steve) Kistner. He was preceded in death by his furry four-legged companions Tippy and Tinky.
Bob was a farm boy at heart and loved to raise and sell produce and mums. He worked at both family farms: Harvest Moon Farms and Rainbow Tomato. Bob was a member of Local 55 Ironworkers Union. Bob also worked at Stout Construction and the Campbell Soup Company. He loved to go fishing and go hunting, especially deer hunting. Bob enjoyed having big parties at the farm as well as watching scary movies with his granddaughter. Bob had a kind heart and would help out anyone in need. Family and friends were very important to him and he will be greatly missed by everyone.
A memorial gathering for Bob will be held on Monday, September 14, 2020 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM in the Hanneman Funeral Home, 24084 W. Second Street, Grand Rapids, Ohio.
