Roberta Samples

Roberta "Bugsy" Samples, 72, of Lima, Ohio passed away at her home on September 13, 2021. Roberta was born on February 7, 1949 in Lima, Ohio to the late Paul and Helen (Tippie) Smith. She married Charles Samples in August of 1968 and he preceded her in death. 

Roberta is survived by her children: Robin (Reese Dortch) Smith, Clint Samples, and Charlene Williams; and grandchildren: Michelle Wilson, Preston Wilson, Shane Williams, Abigail Samples-Crist, and Isaac Lindsey. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother William Brown. 

Roberta was a good-hearted woman that loved spending time with her family and grandkids. She will be greatly missed by many. 

A visitation for Roberta will be held on Friday September 17, 2021 from 1:30-2:30 PM at the Hanneman-Siferd Funeral Home, 506 N. Cable Road Lima, Ohio 45805, with a funeral service to follow. Memorial contributions can be made out to the family.
