Samantha M. Griffin

Samantha M. Griffin, 23, of Fremont, passed away on September 15, 2025, due to complications from epilepsy. She was born on March 16, 2002, to Robert Hossler and Peggy (Peck) Dawes.

Samantha will be deeply missed for her bubbly personality, her constant efforts to make people laugh, and her love for Bob's Burgers.

Left to cherish her memory are her parents; her siblings, Robert Griffin, Macy Valdez, and Maddie Peck; her special Uncles, Tom (Shari) Peck and Matt Peck; her stepfather, Chris May; her grandmother, Beverly Hossler; her special cousin, Mikayla Sauseda; and numerous aunts, uncles, and other extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, her stepfather Les Dawes, her beloved cat Smokey, and many other extended family members.

A public visitation will be held on Monday, September 22, 2025 from 4-6pm at Hanneman-Keller Funeral Home, 416 S. Arch St., Fremont, OH 43420, where a Funeral Service will begin at 6pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
