Shelley G Parker

Shelley Parker, 72, of Findlay, Ohio passed away June 26, 2024 surrounded by her loving family. Shelley was born in Toledo, Ohio to the late Alvin A. and Betty (Waterbeck) Tussing on October 6, 1951. She married Thomas Parker on January 22, 1972 in Deshler, Ohio and he survives.

Shelley worked as a Nursing Assistant and was a certified EMT. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, watching Westerns and being outside. Shelley was a diehard Michigan fan, as well as a Detroit Tigers and Green Bay Packers fan. Shelley was a perfectionist who had a mind of her own, but would help anyone in need. She made the best Beef and Noodles according to her family. Shelley’s greatest joy was her family and especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Shelley is survived by her husband of 52 years, Thomas; children: Jeff Parker, Gregg (Michelle) Parker, Kevin (Julie) Parker, Kimberly Boyer, Sarah (Craig) Kuhlman; grandchildren: Tyler (Nora) Parker, Joseph Kollsmith, Austin Bremmer, Colton Osterloh, Kaden Osterloh, Preston & Cheyanne Kuhlman, Emma Rowlings, Makayla Wilks; great grandchildren: Samuel Hudsyn, Tynlee Parker, Daxton Parker, sisters: Patricia Crouch, Pamela (David) Howe, and brother Kelly (Deb) Tussing. Shelley was preceded in death by her parents, and sister Paula Stoepfel.

Visitation for Shelley will be held on Friday, June 28, 2024 from 2:00 – 8:00 PM in the Hanneman Funeral Home, 370 Park Drive South, McComb, Ohio with a Vigil Service at 7:00 PM and a Rosary Service to immediately follow. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at 10:30 AM in St. Mary Catholic Church, 320 State Street, Leipsic, Ohio.
