Theodore Robert Sliwka

Theodore Robert Sliwka, age 4 months, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 25, 2025. He was born on May 13, 2025, in Findlay, Ohio, to Luke and Krista Sliwka.

In addition to his parents, Theodore is survived by his sister, Vera; grandparents: Angie (Joe Johann) Lause, Dave (Sherrie) Adams, and Robert and Carol Sliwka; and great-grandmother, Patricia Kaple.

Theodore was truly a gift from God, as his names states. He was the happiest baby, with a smile that will never be forgotten. He loved playing with his sister, giving drooly kisses, and watching his dog. He loved when his Dad would pick him up higher than Mom would have liked, and working with Dad to flex his little muscles. Most of all, he loved snuggling with his Mom.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025, from 10:30 AM, until the time of a Mass of Christian Burial, at 12:30 PM, at St. Wendelin Catholic Church, 323 North Wood Street, Fostoria, OH 44830. Hanneman Funeral Home, McComb, have been graciously entrusted with Theodore's care. Contributions in Theodore's memory may be shared with cribsforkids.com.
