Wade Rhinock Obituary

Wade Anthony Rhinock, 47, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly on January 17, 2025. Born on March 18, 1977, in Lima, Ohio, Wade was the cherished son of Richard Rhinock and the late Alyce McGuire. Wade was a loving husband to Daisy (Anspach) Rhinock, whom he married on June 12, 2016, after having been together for six years. He was a devoted father to his four children: twin daughters, Emma and Phoebe Hamilton; and sons, Chael Rhinock and Sebastian Persson. Wade lovingly referred to his children as the "Squid-Didley-O's."

Wade was a proud graduate of Shawnee High School in Lima, where he excelled both on the football field and as a talented trumpet player in the school band. His passions and interests shaped much of his adult life. He worked for 18 years as a logistics supervisor and for an additional 5 years as a shipping administrator. In his free time, Wade was known for his love of skateboarding, his devotion to gaming, particularly military-style Xbox games, and his enthusiastic participation in political debates. A lifelong fan of the American Navy, Wade enjoyed collecting knives, Army memorabilia, and Coca-Cola items. He had a natural gift for singing and loved creating his own unique lyrics.

Wade shared a special bond with his late grandfather, Nooker, who passed away in 2012, and often spoke of their close relationship. He was also preceded in death by both his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Wade's vibrant personality, sense of humor, and generous spirit will be deeply missed by his family and friends. His legacy lives on through his children and the memories he created with everyone he touched.

A memorial service will be held in Wade’s honor on March 14, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with the service starting at 6:00 PM at Hanneman-Siferd Funeral Home, 506 N. Cable Rd., Lima, Ohio 45805 With Pastor Damian Tibbs officiating.

Wade's love for his family and his larger-than-life presence will never be forgotten.
