Wade Stephenson Vargo, 41, of Fremont, passed away on Saturday, January 4. Born in Fremont on July 12, 1983, he was the son of Brenda (Anker) and the late Stephen Vargo. Preceded in death by his dog, Reba. Survived by grandmother, Evelyn Wagner; brother, Seth Vargo; sister; Elizabeth Vargo; niece, Faith Dixie; nephew, Seth A. Vargo; aunts, uncles, and great nephews.
Wade's ability to face life's trials and adapt to different circumstances was matched only by his enthusiasm for exploring intriguing subjects. He loved diving deeply into topics that piqued his interest, particularly geography, animals, art, and the Cleveland Browns. A devoted fan of the Cleveland Browns, Wade's passion for his team was unwavering, whether they were winning or losing.
Wade had a special place in his heart for his family and animals, especially dogs. His days were often brightened by a dog's steadfast loyalty, which he cherished deeply. Before Reba's passing, she was his constant companion, often accompanying him all over Fremont. He cherished his family and especially enjoyed spoiling his great nephews.
A celebration of Wade's life will be held on Tuesday, January 14 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Visitation will begin at 9:00 am with Funeral Mass beginning at 10:00 am.
