William "Bill" Vestal

William Carl "Bill" Vestal born March 17, 1940 to the late Charles and Evelyn (Loe) Vestal in Bowling Green, Ohio passed away on October, 8, 2025. He married Teresa "Terry" Dulaney on January 20, 1968 at St. Marks Lutheran Church.

Bill graduated form Webster High School and served his country in Vietnam with the US Army. He worked at Brush Welman for 15 year then was a plumbing inspector for Wood County Building Inspections for 30 years.

Surviving are his wife of 57 years Terry; daughters Carla Tiell of Weston and Tamara Van Atta of McComb; sons Scott Vestal of Weston, Michael and Todd Vestal of BG; a brother Jim (Rosemary) Vestal; 14 grandkids; several precious great-grandkids; many nieces and nephews; and all of his fur babies.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Charles "Butch", grandson Steven and nephew Doug.

A private burial will be held at Weston Cemetery.
