If you are looking for a funeral home provider, look no further. We used Keller Ochs to bury my mother in 2005, and my dads wishes were to do the same for him. (Of course ownership has changed since then) . Drew and Crystal were on top of everything! Prompt to answer our questions ( dad really handled mom’s funeral)- we had a lot of questions! They were super patient with us, on top of every detail- and timing. Drew handled the actual service with us- what a warm and sincere guy. He made us feel so confident that he had every detail buttoned up. So many people came up to us and remarked that it was the most lovely visitation and funeral they had ever attended. It was the perfect tribute to our dad. They made the saddest day so much lighter for us. Drew had everything put into the packet - pictures of the flowers and who sent them, thank you notes personalized, they made slight adjustments to dad that we asked for, personalized sign in book, a wonderful tribute video, candle for dad, recordings of both services, seamless coordination with the newspapers for his obituary,church and cemetery. We cannot think of one thing that we had to worry about or were displeased with! What an amazing tribute to our father. I cannot recommend the Devore’s enough.Thank you Drew and Crystal for making this a truly memorable occasion..
